To bronze or not to bronze?

Ah I have been SO obsessed with adding a lot of bronzer when I do my makeup lately! Naturally my skin can become very dark when I’m in the sun (thank my dad and our Italian genes) but ever since I moved back to Southern California from San Francisco, I haven’t been in the sun much. It was so cold and gloomy up there and then I came back here right when winter was starting, needless to say I don’t have an ounce of color at the moment. I love pale and light skin but there is also something so sexy about dark skin that I just can’t get enough of!

I should fake tan it up because my chest glows when I wear darker blush and makeup, but I can’t be bothered with that right now. Some of my favorite products to wear aren’t even true bronzers, but for my skin tone right now they definitely do the trick. My favorites at the moment:

MAC blush in Blunt (to contour)

MAC cream color base in Hush (highlight cheeks)

MAC MSF in Soft and Gentle (over cream color base)

Benefit blush/bronzer in Dallas (between contour & highlight, back to ears)

And yes, I use all of that every day after over my foundation. I’ve decided recently, also, that I like to look orange/brown and fake sometimes. :P Summer’s on its way, so happy!
