Yay my Sugarpill Cosmetics palette finally arrived (it didn’t take long at all, I was just really eager to get it)! And I must say, the packaging was ADORABLE, the best packaging for any cosmetics brand I’ve ever purchased no doubt about it. 

So I ordered the Burning Heart eyeshadow palette, and in the box they sent a little eyeshadow sample of a new color, Amy Doan’s business card, and a Sugarpill sticker. They’re so cute too. Because the eyeshadows are large they don’t fit in the MAC palette so usually people put them into a MUFE one and use the Sugarpill sticker to put onto the palette to cover the MUFE logo/turn it into a Sugarpill palette. 

I’m soo glad I finally had the money to get these ^__^ next I’m gonna get the other eyeshadow palette. (It’s cheaper to buy the eyeshadows in the palettes and then transfer them to your own bigger palette, because each eyeshadow is $12.00, and a palette of 4 eyeshadows is $34.00) Woo! 

And on a somewhat related note, last night after the wedding reception, Richard and I went to Michael’s and they had the brushes I get for ‘buy one, get one for a penny’ hell yeaahhhhh~  

I use the small brushes for my gel eyeliner and I’m gonna see how the angled brush works for eyeliner/eyebrows. Each one is about $3 so I love em~ And even though I have MAC brushes, for eyeliner I prefer these cheaper ones because they come in more sizes and they can be replaced if need be. We’ll see about the angled brush though, because I love the MAC 266 angled brush to death, it’s definitely one of my favorite brushes.
